Senior Product Designer

Description

• Superdao is an all-in-one DAO platform that makes it easy to start, operate, and grow decentralized autonomous organizations.
• With Superdao, you can create a DAO with a single click, organize a member directory, create a treasury dashboard, manage a task board, send NFTs, and stay in touch with members via newsfeed and member-only content + do even more with 3rd party integrations.
• Superdao has raised $1M preseed in October’21 followed by $10.5M seed in January’22, led by SignalFire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new major Superdao product (from scratch)
• Design interfaces based on product solutions
• Create and test product hypotheses together with the team
• Conduct UX research to test hypotheses
• Create, maintain and develop a design system
• Experiment and make decisions 
• Collaborate with developers, conduct design reviews and achieve the highest quality of execution

Requirements

• Independency, strong sense of individual initiative
• Strong prioritization, organization, and personal management skills
• Experience designing user-friendly and visually appealing products
• Excellent hands-on design skills for different platforms as well as solid design knowledge
• Healthy attitude towards criticism
• High level of Figma proficiency
• Skill of rapid prototyping
• Experience with design systems / component libraries
• Web technologies knowledge (HTML / CSS - basic level)
• Understanding of trends, observation, good taste 
• Obligatory presence of a portfolio
• Bonus points:
• Into crypto and have the desire to dive deeply into Web3 // Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, NFTs, and DeFi
