Analyst – Schedule & Network/Route Planning

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft rotation for different bases and schedules for new destinations or frequency increases
• Identify and review opportunities and perform economic projections for network expansion in existing or new markets
• Monitor operating/financial performance of route network
• Construction of Nordwind Airlines schedule (Frequency & Aircraft Type)
• Review and improve poorer performing routes through schedules and structural adjustments
• Monitor competitors' capacity deployments
• Plan and review supplementary flights to optimize aircraft resource and tap peak demand

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree (in finance, mathematics, engineering, business or related field) or equivalent years of experience
• Advanced English/Russian in writing, reading, speaking is a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, statistics
• Ability to work in cross functional teams, maintain and manage relationships with internal/external constituencies
• Excellent communication skills (written and presentation)

Experience

• Sr. Analyst: 2+ year of Airline Network/Scheduling/Planning experience required
• Analyst: 1+ years professional analytical work experience required
