Middle Product Designer (Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Design based on input from internal teams and user research in partnership with the design team and other internal teams;
• Finding new opportunities to improve the product;
• Analyzing the product to meet market needs and consumer preferences.

Requirements:

• Hard skills:
• Experience as a product designer of more than 3 years;
• Experience in a startup would be an advantage;
• Experience designing: modular grids, typography, color schemes;
• Experience designing components and communicating with the development team on this topic;
• Experience in animation (have an understanding of how this is embedded in code);
• Knowledge of why and how system design is done, and understanding where native OS guides need to be bypassed;
• Experience in design (Information Architecture, User Flow) and prototyping;
• Able to work with constraints, including technical constraints;
• Knowledge of design and the ability to work with it;
• Good command of the tools for transferring layouts to development (Zeplin / Avocode /...);
• Have knowledge of animation prototyping tools (Principle / Protopie / KeyShape/...).
