Main tasks:

  • Development and updating of HR local regulations and HR policies & procedures
  • Execution of employment contracts and required additional agreements;
  • Processing sick-leave certificates;
  • Employee personal files execution: orders, personal records;

  • Military registration maintenance
  • Day-to-day employees support on all HR-related topics
  • Formation and approval of timesheets of employees by departments.
  • Interaction with accounting on payroll issues.

  • Registration of foreign employees, interaction with migration services.
  • Support of health insurance payroll programs
  • Participation in other HR projects


  • Fluent English (at least intermediate level)
  • Higher education (legal education as an advantage)
  • 2+ years in human resources management
  • Knowledge of Russia labor law and current legislative system
  • Knowledge of military registration principles
  • Experience in Development of HR local regulations
  • Experience in 1c
  • Well organized and accurate, result-oriented person
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information
