Responsibilities:
- Propose and implement the sourcing strategy and marketing techniques adapted to the different businesses, functions and employment markets of your scope to attract appropriate talent pools.
- Drive consistent and standardized recruitment processes and the right channel to select the best talents for the company.
- Manage the job application process: assist HRBPs in the adaptation of job ads, publish job ads on job boards according to strategy, perform potential candidates pre-selection interviews & selection interviews, collect hiring managers and HRBP feedbacks from interviews and provide appropriate feedback to candidates.
- Lead talent scouting projects and pooling
- Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers.
- Assure & monitor best in class candidate experience, being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) of candidates in the recruitment process, ensuring that candidate experience meets Air Liquide & local market requirements
- Stay up to date on innovative talent acquisition practices/tools designed to improve candidate experience and share best practices to Employer Branding & Fresh Graduates team.
- Participate in building fresh graduates talent pooling by interviewing recommended interns, trainees & apprentices before their offboarding who could staff specific positions.
- Participate in the animation of interns/apprentices community (ex: organizing e-cafes for interns / trainees and selects managers as speakers)
- Contribute in the development of and follow-up on school relations, by attending school forums (when located in the same country), publishing job offers on schools' internal job boards.
- Be involved in TA projects such as recruitment upskills for HRBPs/hiring managers by delivering recruitment training
- Deploy any TA projects (referral programs, onboarding, job branding, etc) to HRBPs/managers
- Contribute to Group/Business TA projects
- Be responsible and accountable for TA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Service Level Agreements (SLAs) your activity
Requirements:
- Demonstrated first solid experience in recruitment acquired as recruitment consultant in a search firm or as operational TA specialist in another type of company at an international level, with proven experience in direct sourcing techniques
- Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needs
- Knowledge of KPIs and service policies (SLAs) in a European environment
- Sourcing methodology
- People assessment: knowledge of various interviewing methods
- Digital skills: knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Linkedin
