UX/UI Designer (Remote in Latin America)

Responsibilities

• Design monthly social networks campaign posts (Instagram and LinkedIn).
• Design ad hoc newsletters and internal communications.
• HTML/CSS coding implementation of designs as required.
• Participate in an Agile software development lifecycle.
• Hands on well-designed coding and architecting, executing best practices to ensure an efficient code that will run according to product specifications.
• Design features based on the most efficient UX, throughout the complete development lifecycle.
• Work together with the product manager and development team to implement features ranging from API’s to Invoicing and collections systems.
• As one of the initial team members of the team you would participate in the core image and personality of the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing marketing pieces for social media.
• Experience designing modern software interfaces.
• Intermediate or advanced level of English.
• Bonus Points
• Experience working with: Mailchimp, Figma.
• Experience maintaining Wordpress websites.
• Experience doing UX research and best practice implementation.
