Bus Partnership Manager Intern (in France)

Your Mission

• We are looking for a Bus Partnership Manager Intern to join the Operated Bus procurement team
• You will be in charge of supporting the procurement team in the 2023 sourcing plan, and the new challenges about quality and sustainability
• In this role you will grow your skills in procurement and strategic thinking
• You will have multiple internal and external stakeholders, and will embrace a wide scope of tasks from ground negotiations to business development
• As such, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, inter-personal skills and a strong commitment.

Requirements

• Coordinating operations tracking tables: Request For Proposal process, ad hoc sourcing, ad hoc studies. Analyzing quotations and technical specifications of bus partners involved in the sourcing request for proposal
• Creating and updating analytical dashboards for the team
• Assessing the ability of the partners to execute our lines according to our needs
• Meeting with prospective partners and assisting in negotiating contracts and converting leads into new accounts
• Assisting the team on the follow-up of new projects : Oil indexation for bus partners; Bonus/Malus project; Salesforce deployment; Onboarding of new partners

Qualifications

• You have an ability to work with data to define priorities, actionable insights, and present results
• You have an operational agility and solution-driven mindset
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to interact with external business partners
• You are humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
• You are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
• You are fluent in French and English
