Junior Brand Manager (Footwear Outdoor)

Responsibilities:

• Market & Consumer analysis: provide continuous support in searching market & consumers insights through the assigned assets and through competitors monitoring.
• Sales analysis: support in building reports of sales results, to help monitoring the performance of own brands and competitor brands versus main sales KPIs.
• Product Proposition: Actively support and contribute to build and evolve the collection structure for the assigned brand portfolio according to Team directions.
• Product Creation: Support during Brief of seasonal product range, and the product creation according to the development calendar.
• Teamwork: Be a proactive and cooperative team member, be coachable and great communicator.
• Task Organization: Follow up the daily brand management tasks to meet the calendar deadlines of the product creation process, from strategic actions on product offer to operational tasks (i.e. systems maintenance, FlexPLM, 1C etc.).

Requirements:

• Higher Education (preferably Marketing or Economics).
• Outdoor and lifestyle footwear understanding. Passion for such products.
• English level - Advanced.
• Excellent communication skills (presentation, ideas, brief).
• Good skills in EXCEL and PowerPoint.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadline in a goal oriented mindset.
• Product, marketing, buying / assortment background with preferably 2 years of experience in the industry. Experience in “A brands” is helpful.
• Analytical skills and creativity.
