Internal Communications Lead

Responsibilities:

• To support the design and development of internal communication strategies
• Plan policies, consult with all Teams to understand their needs, implement new software or technology, and guide people to learn the best practices for internal communication.
• Revise existing communication strategies,
• Develop and implement Company-wide internal communication and employee engagement strategies and plans that engage, align and inspire Novakiders with Company vision and strategy and to drive employees' understanding of priorities and key initiatives.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of internal communication activities across all functions and regions.
• Plan content and oversee implementation for busines meetings and other events
• Establish the company Contractor engagement program, including identifying and implementing communications opportunities to connect leadership with contractors, and developing key messages and communications materials
• Establish and track metrics that help correlate internal communications programs to Contractor productivity and organization performance.
• Represent the voice of the contractors to leadership and also reflect Contractors voice in messaging
• Manage third-party vendors, including agencies, designers, printers and freelancers, and associated budgets to ensure strategic and cost-effective use of services

Requirements:

• Strong experience in managing internal communications for an international, preferably remote team - be ready to demonstrate cases;
• Good understanding of HR processes, strong background in HR in a leading position ;
• Fluent spoken and written English at least C1; other EU-languages including Russian is a plus.
• Black belt in presentations and public speaking;
• Good knowledge of and experience in implementing online communication tools and processes and related software/apps
• You will hardly fit in if:
• You are trying to avoid work with your hands. Some work can't be delegated even to your subordinates;
• Lack of international experience, Russian-specific only;
