Description

  • Deloitte is looking to hire a Manager for Deloitte Digital in the Customer and Marketing portfolio. Customer & Marketing is creating a new model for a new age-we're an agency and a consultancy. 
  • Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. 
  • We are looking for Manager that will be able to deliver projects for our clients and also help our practice grow.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting
  • 6+ years of client facing consulting experience
  • Proven previous experience in delivering large transformation projects
  • Proven previous experience across multiple industries
  • Proven previous experience in CRM, customer experience, customer strategy, sales and service strategy and transformation, sales excellence, channel management
  • Proven previous experience in delivering CRM software: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, others
  • Proven previous experience in at responding to RFPs and RFQs for large programs and leading the programs end to end
  • Proven previous experience on sales and service operating model advisory, target operating model design with focus on front office functions and sales performance strategy and framework design is a plus
