M&A Financial Due Diligence Manager

Job Description:

• Provide financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint venture and equity investments within Accenture’s corporate development team.  Focus on analyzing the quality of target company earnings, operating metrics, debt and debt-like items and net working capital, which may influence the outcome of the transaction. 
• Provide advice to the corporate development deal team related to purchase agreements and negotiation points, ensuring Accenture’s economics interests are protected.
• Provide continuity/transition to the post-merger integration and operational finance teams post-closing. 
• Coach, mentor and supervise junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a Big Four firm in an audit, accounting or financial due diligence capacity or similar background at a major corporation (Fortune 500) 
• B.A
• MBA, MAAC
• CPA or CFA
• Supported multiple financial due diligence projects
• MS Accounting
• Advanced financial analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
