Motion Designer (in Poland, Remote)

Daily tasks

• Supporting the team in the production of high-quality promotional materials.
• Creating 2d and 3d animations, motion design, color correction, VFX from the pre-production phase to the final render for video materials.
• Pre-production: initial ideas for motion design for particular projects.
• Production: motion design (2d, 3d), color correction, VFX for particular projects.
• Post-production: versioning the film for individual markets, distributors and individual communication channels.
• Implementation of new technologies aimed at improving the operation of existing solutions in the field of entrusted tasks and tasks of the entire team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Fluent knowledge of motion design programs (After Effects, Cinema 4D).
• Strong skills in using graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with editing programs (Premiere etc).
• Basic knowledge of 3D graphics.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Creativity and the ability to tell stories in a cinematic way.
• Ability to work within the team.

• Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
