Content Strategist (in Germany)

Responsibilities:

• Be the ears of Personio in the HR space. Your ability to deeply understand and interpret HR market trends and needs guides our content strategy and informs wider marketing and content initiatives, helping to create a powerful differentiator for our brand
• Be the content analysis expert & content strategy owner: Be the go-to person on core content analysis & content strategy topics
• Optimize content effectiveness: Make sure that the content strategy is always up to date to assure a customer centric approach to content to meet target groups' needs and overarching business goals alike
• Identify content opportunity / optimization potential: Define action steps how we can improve our content success and support reaching business goals in a better way
• Communicate content performance and recommendations for content optimization: Regularly share actionable content insights to drive performance content improvements and align stakeholders 
• Liaise with cross-functional data teams and our CRO and SEO experts to get the best out of our content and content data
• Sense check our content output across the board and champion new ideas and ways of working
• Coach content creators across the business to ensure our output is of the highest quality.

Requirements:

• You have proven content strategy and project management experience
• You have a good understanding of SEO guidelines 
• You are a strong communicator with experience in various fields of content creation
• You have experience of working with specialists in other marketing disciplines, such as PR and social media, to share ideas and make content work hard across channels and ensure that content strategy is understood and utilized
• Experience in the HR space would be a plus
• Fluency in both German and English language
