- The Wrike team is currently very busy helping our clients successfully transition into efficient, productive and collaborative work from home companies! Though hiring cycles have slowed slightly due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are actively hiring for this position. We will be reviewing resumes and reaching out to qualified candidates to discuss updated hiring processes.
About the Role:
- Manage the end-to-end process of Sales Compensation Administration. This includes monthly set-up of new hires and transfers, review and audits of crediting and commissions, manage case queues and Monthly/Quarterly close process.
- Coordinate with Systems to manage manual processes, corrections and exceptions on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Knowledge of policies and application of those policies to help execute change requests and exceptions. Continuously provides inputs where needed and identify gaps in process and policies.
- Understand data mining, systems and order processes to be able to create data models that helps produce analysis and identify trends/gaps.
- Train the Sales Organization on Xactly, Sales Plans and new Sales Compensation programs.
- Maintain monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Support projects that assist sales enablement, Sox compliance and systems integration.
- Build trust and relationship with cross-functional teams within Sales, Finance, and Human Resources
- Manage one sales compensation analyst
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, engineering or STEM degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with large datasets, with effective spreadsheet, analytical, and modeling skills.
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Highly skilled in the use of SQL
- Experience with Xactly
- Attention to detail, problem solver who is organized, flexible, self-directed and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with staff at all levels of the organization, including internal and cross-departmental teams, consistently displaying a high level of professionalism
- Must possess the ability to work with confidential reports and information with complete discretion
