Responsibilities:
- Consolidate budget and headcount information for Caucasus region. Provide consolidated analysis and reporting on budget and headcount requests. Work on correct mappings; Monthly check and control of deviations.
- Consolidate and provide analysis on salary and bonus management for the region.
- Coordinating people planning process across the region: Act as an expert: provide relevant explanations and training, communicate value proposition, and monitor the process quality, input the data, control the timeframe.
- Manage turnover: review termination reasons, conduct exit interviews with key employees, resolve difficult cases.
- Ensure sustainable HR administration and related payroll process execution: provide HR master data high quality level, manage timely HR monthly closer and reliable Payroll interface.
- Manage specific HR projects related to policies updates, IT systems integration, etc.
- Create requests for HR software and follow-up on fulfillments on incidents of low/high complexity tasks.
- Management of Health, Life & Fatality insurance: tenders, case managements, payment follow-up, travel insurance support.
- Ensure annual internal audits process management.
- Coordinate local and global labor market surveys.
- Support functions with transformational changes, provide assistance in architecture of roles.
- Regular Functional agenda discussion with Functional Managers.
- Provide support with performance management cycle.
- Leveraging core HR processes: organize and conduct training sessions based on centralized materials and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 3+ years working experience in HR operations or with similar scope of responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and Civil Code of Georgia.
- Fluency in Georgian and English; Russian on B1+ level.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral).
- Excellent interpersonal skills (proactive, problem solving, time management, initiative, presentation).
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and changing environment.
