Account Manager (in Turkey)

Description

• As an Account Manager, you will be part of a team focusing on delivering high-quality localisation projects and ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
• You will collaborate with industry-leading clients and other VSI Group studios in EMEA and the Americas.

Resposibilities

• Managing full project cycles from initial quotation and planning through to scheduling, budgeting, QC, delivery, invoicing, and documentation, while following the client’s KPIs, guidelines, and internal standards.
• Guaranteeing client satisfaction through the successful management of localisation projects whilst strictly following the deadlines and materials schedules.
• Providing Account Management services to key strategic clients.
• Preparing monthly reports and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for clients and internal use as required.
• Participating in production meetings or conference calls with clients on complex projects.
• Identifying project/process improvement opportunities.
• Discussing and understanding each client's specific requirements and collaborating with the production teams accordingly.

Requirements

• Transferrable skills that can be applied to an account or project management role with a desire to succeed in this area. Highly motivated, with proven problem solving and organisational skills.
• An excellent team player, as this role will need to collaborate across departments working closely with production teams to coordinate schedules and ensure consistency throughout the project delivery. 
• Effective verbal and written communication with clients, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.

Desired Requirements

• Previous experience in the media and localisation industries.
• Demonstrated experience of working within a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability. Able to work across a variety of roles, in a changing environment, whilst quickly presenting solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in an additional foreign languages is a plus.
