Events Management Lead (in Cyprus)

Responsibilities:

• Corporate/strategy events (6 per year).
• Social/community events (approximately 10 per month).
• Management team buildings (2 per year).
• New Year and summer company-wide events.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in planning and organizing offline events of up to 3,000 people with a complex agenda
• CxO customer management experience from the agency side of corporate
• Experience in organizing VIP events (security, confidentiality, celebrity-like riders, custom-tailored trips, accommodations, food, and entertainment)
• Successful experience of balancing unrestrained creative genius with the latest technology and practical implementation constraints
• Experience with high-end videography (a plus)
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Paranoiac-like need to recheck everything and have a contingency plan B, C, D etc.
• Outstanding vendor management skills
• Excellent English
