Senior User Acquisition Manager (in Cyprus)

Description

• we are looking for an experienced UA Manager to be responsible for an overall creative and user attraction strategy for our target markets.

Responsibilities:

• full cycle of traffic buying in Facebook Ads;
• developing strategies and preparing creatives on your own;
• research and formation of the target audience (segmentation, search for maximum target groups, targeting);
• daily tracking of metrics in AppsFlyer and in our own analytics system;
• interaction with key partners, reporting.

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience in mobile marketing;
• experience in independent campaign management in Facebook Ads;
• experience in buying traffic for the US, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc
• a deep understanding of the principles of advertising platforms, the ability to understand the technical details of setting up advertising and analytical systems;
• experience with budgets from $100,000 for one project;
• experience of interaction with the main partners (connection, signing, resolving disputes);
• good knowledge of marketing metrics and performance indicators;
• confident Photoshop user (for creation of creatives and setting technical requirements for designers);
• a systematic approach to solving tasks;
• at least an Intermediate level of English;
• completed higher education.
