Description
- Joom Marketplace is a platform for shopping from all over the world. Joom Marketplace helps consumers to make shopping easy and entertaining and provides access to high-quality goods from around the world.
- Now we are looking for a Key Account manager, who will establish long-term relations with existing and new merchants in order to achieve long-time growth and help our sellers get the maximum out of the current trend.
Responsibilities
- Effectively handle and resolve merchant concerns and support issues
- Maintain existing merchants’ loyalty
- Communicate relevant merchant complaints or inquiries to product managers
- Constantly search for ways to increase sales of the Chinese sellers on the platform and increase their business efficiency
- Negotiate a better pricing policy with existing sellers
- Provide onboarding for the new sellers
- Build and manage a Chinese merchants’ pipeline
- Coordinate closely with the Merchant Services team to ensure a smooth merchant transition onto the Joom marketplace
- Gather, prioritize and communicate new partnership requests to the Merchant Services team
- Participate in industry conferences to establish Joom as a leading B2B partner in China
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position
- Native Chinese
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Proactive approach

- Experience in cross-border e-commerce
