Account Manager (Remote)

About us

• AdSpyglass helps to get the benefits of each ad network. It allows webmasters to work with multiple ad networks simultaneously;
• AdSpyglass continuously monitors CPM rates of all ad networks you work with and displays ads with the highest CPM on your websites automatically.

Duties

• Onboarding new customers, communications through live chat, telegram, skype and email;
• Analysis of statistics;
• Maintaining ongoing client relationships, identifying possible areas for expansion;
• Moderation of advertising creatives;
• Solving customer problems.

Requirements

• You have experience:
• Account management and client relationship;
• Working with web analytics;
• AdTech in particular will be a plus;
• SQL knowledge will be a plus;
• Remote work.
• You are:
• English speaker (C2 or native);
• Russian speaker (C2 or native);
• Analytical person;
• Excel advanced user;
• Highly motivated and energetic;
• Extremely proactive, self-organized, and responsible person with great attention to details;
• A genuine problem solver, able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately, identifying the real issue.
