Leading UX Researcher

Duties

• Developing competencies within the team;
• Collection of business requirements, analysis of stakeholders' needs;
• Design of research to meet customer goals;
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods;
• Facilitation and moderation of workshops and working sessions;
• Presentation of work results to the customer;
• Joint work with a team (project customer, designer, data analyst, developer).

Requirements

• Experience in the same position from 1 year;
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, understanding how and when to apply and combine them;
• Experience in working with research platforms;
• Experience in designing and conducting workshops;
• Ability to describe and visualize user scenarios and other research results, including in the form of CJM, BluePrint, JTBD frameworks, etc.;
• The ability to present your solutions in an argumentative manner; • Ability to plan your employment and meet deadlines;

• Attention to detail, moderate perfectionism.
