Recruiter (in Czech Republic, Serbia)

Description:

• We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter to handle international recruitment and who wants to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from the initial briefing to new employees’ first steps in the company.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines and succession plan market maps for senior company-critical roles.
• Find solutions for positions and markets no one in Yandex has ever recruited for.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of different search tools and methods (the more the better)
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluent verbal and written English
