Commercial Legal Counsel (in Israel)

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (service agreements, terms of use, non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements)
• Work with departments across the company; provide legal advice in a variety of aspects, including sales, marketing, and procurement; and advise on the company’s initiatives
• Ensure compliance with various regulatory matters, including privacy matters
• Identify and mitigate legal risks
• Draft instructions, guidelines, and FAQs

Qualifications:

• Admission from Israel Bar Association, 2-5 years of work experience in commercial and corporate law with a prominent law firm or as in-house counsel
• Knowledge of and interest in IT, privacy, and consumer protection law
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various commercial agreements, understanding business needs and risks, and working closely with business units
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Business orientation
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team and manage simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
• Excellent drafting and conversational skills in English
• Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters
