Marketing Producer (in Kazakhstan / Armenia / Cyprus / Serbia / Portugal)

Tasks

• Developing a user acquisition strategy.
• Studying the algorithms of advertising channels, forming hypotheses, conducting research.
• Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns, the implementation of KPIs.
• Interacting with the creative team and our partners.
• Leading the user acquisition team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Work experience in a large company.
• Experience managing a user acquisition team.
• An understanding of how Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms work.
• A completed physics, mathematics, or technical education.
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Preferred

• Experience in game development.
• Experience with analytical systems (BI, Tableau).
• Experience working in analytics.
