Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Planning and hosting of federal and regional marketing events, including logistic and organizational support together with a project specialist. (~ 60 per month)
• Communication with regional sales team regarding education events
• Preparation of marketing presentations and materials in accordance with the rules of the company and the brand needs
• Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and educational content
• Prepare, internal approval and deliver promotional materials for sales visits (HCP and Pharmacy)
• Collection and analysis of the results of marketing educational and promo activities to generate reports
• Assistance in content creation: newsletters, long reads, video formats for CE and OMNI channel campaigns

Requirements:

• Experience as a marketing assistant
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Good communication and negotiations skills
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
• High School diploma; specialized in Marketing or relevant field could be a strong advantage
