Country Manager (in Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• General overseeing of local business development;
• People & office: building, maintaining, training and motivating the team of professionals (with the help of HR);
• Finances and administrative tasks: optimization of the taxable base, cost optimization, control over the payment of taxes, fees, accounts payable;
• Reports on the work of the branch
• Support of key clients;
• Work on billing growth;
• Search for the points of growth, formation of growth hypotheses and their implementation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital in managerial positions (Business Development or HR background would be an advantage);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in participating in the recruitment of employees, team building andcoaching;
• Fluency in English.
