Senior Consultant, Tax Dispute Resolution Group

Responsibilities

• Participation in the following assignments:
• Assistance to companies during tax audits and prior to litigation
• Representation of the company’s interests during the tax litigation process
• Advising the client company regarding cooperation with government authorities in respect of tax legislation application
• Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
• Supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring

Requirements:

• Higher education (degree preferably in Law, Taxation or Economics)
• Excellent knowledge of tax legislation
• Good understanding of tax litigation procedures
• Fluent English and Russian
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
• Stress resistance
• Good presentation skills
