Creative Producer (Remote / in Prague)

Responsibilities:

• Developing creative ideas for casual games;
• Systematical analysis of casual and hyper-casual mobile games trends, especially, of competing companies;
• Monitoring the full cycle of new concepts creation: from coming up with creative ideas to analyzing the results and adjusting current plans or strategies depending on them;
• Cooperating with other departments such as analytical of marketing units to implement the goals successfully;
• Developing your own knowledge base of creatives and new tools;
• Helping teams achieve better results.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position in the Gamedev industry;
• Participation in successful projects that have reached the release;
• Ability to express ideas clearly. Ability to draw up technical specifications and convey information to the team;
• Ability to generate, prioritize, systematize and analyze ideas;
• Good artistic taste, creativity, ability to maintain visual style.
