Experience
- Relevant experience in a similar position in a digital advertising agency;
- Experience of conducting simultaneously from 4-5 clients (ru - non-ru), experience of working with large budgets (min - $10,000, max - $100,000).
Hard Skills
- Knowledge of metrics, trackers, traffic sources, market players, features of various categories of applications;
- Ability to work simultaneously with a large amount of tasks, prioritize, ability to delegate;
- Ability to plan and organize team workflows, control the progress of tasks;
- Advanced skills in working with MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point) or similar software from Google (sheets, docs, presentations);
- Knowledge of English (at least intermediate).
Soft Skills
- Ability to negotiate and work with objections;
- Ability to build relationships, emotional intelligence.
- Stress resistance, high self-organization, responsibility, work for the result.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, launch and maintenance of advertising campaigns
- Support of clients at all stages of advertising campaign and development of long-term relations with them
- Working out briefings from partner agencies and building relationships with them
- Interaction with internal divisions of the company during the advertising campaign: setting tasks and monitoring the deadlines and quality of their implementation
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet customer KPIs
- Drawing up media plans for the customers
- Making customer presentations
- Analysis of promotion results, preparation and provision of reports and possible recommendations to clients
- Document management for clients
- Handling objections and addressing complex customer issues
- Control of receivables
- Expanding the area of cooperation with customers, conducting proactive sales, promoting products and services of the agency, taking into account the identified needs of customers
- Maintaining reporting and financial information in the necessary services of the company, timely filling of the CRM system
