Content Writer (Relocation to Kazakhstan or Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign messaging concepts with your teammates and a creative designer, and write strong and compelling copy adjusted to product offerings, ICPs, and marketing channels.
• Craft copy in different formats: long-form, short-form, ad copy, creative, and website copy.
• Represent and become an expert on the brand voice.
• Become a part of a continuous learning cycle within the scopes of product value propositions, audience insights, pain points, and behaviors — to increase the relevance and effectiveness of your copy.
• Develop, present, and share your expert point of view on how your copy and proposed messaging can improve the customer experience and deliver results.
• Diplomatically defend your work and area of expertise while maintaining positive relationships with partners in the organization.
• Work closely and respectfully with everyone in your orbit: in-team, cross-team, and with external partners.

Requirements

• A professional adhering to the concepts of data culture and democratization, well aware of how to prove better copy with figures, stats, and analytics.
• Experience being part of a collaborative creative environment on either the agency or corporate side. Corporate experience with complex Martech products is strongly preferred.
• Experienced with the Jobs-to-be-Done framework, pyramidal communications, and hierarchical thinking regarding concepts touched by your copy.
• Minimum of 2-3 years developing creative solutions for integrated digital marketing campaigns in English-speaking markets, preferably in B2B.
• The ability to present and support creative concepts professionally and engagingly, using data as a foundation.
• Ability to extend campaigns into other channels, including social, mobile, and display.

• Bachelor’s degree in English (or a C1/C2 level certificate), Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional copywriting skills backed up by figures into the delivered results.
