Senior Product Designer (in Germany, Remote)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize & mock up new flows, improvements to existing flows and a/b tests, by working closely with the rest of the product team and other stakeholders.
• Create a UI that perfectly brings together our (newly developed) colors, typography, iconography and spacing.
• Help the team deliver the designed features by answering UI related questions, updating tickets and designs wherever needed, and verify and acceptance test UI heavy features.
• Further develop and maintain Sitly's design system, providing the product team access to a well maintained 'single point of truth' to develop Sitly's platform and apps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience with design thinking, wireframing concepts, visual & interactive design.
• Your work process is detailed and structured and you have a great eye for detail.
• You like to look at data and base your design decision based on them. You are familiar with basic user research methods and CRO.
• You have lots of experience with Figma and Sketch.
• Experience with design systems, design libraries, and design system refinement. You specifically know your way around design systems in Figma.
• Just do it mentality: we need someone who likes to get their hands dirty and only stops once the job is done.
• You will challenge the status quo and constantly seek out new areas for us to improve.
• Strong English communication skills are a requirement.
• Experience with consumer marketplaces is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and Angular is preferred but not required.
• You are an EU resident or in the possession of an EU Residence permit
