Corporate Finance Manager (in Singapore)

Responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasts, analyse data and create financial models
• Undertake research into specific markets and comparable companies
• Assist in external fund raising for the company
• Assist with due diligence of potential acquisitions
• Review of legal documents of related transactions
• Participate in budgeting for the company as well as specific projects
• Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
• Prepare presentation materials
• Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant professional finance experience in FP&A, M&A and/or valuation
• Prior FP&A experience in a technology startup or as a member in a SaaS finance team
• Strong academic background with Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to analyse data, generate insights and construct solutions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• CFA/CPA certification and basic knowledge of SQL are pluses
