UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop functional graphical interfaces for web and desktop app;
• Support and develop the design system, maintain product consistency;
• Interact with product managers and the development team to implement and develop the prepared design;
• Conduct in-depth interviews, UX testing, use data from our analysts, compose CJM, identify UX issues;
• Support interfaces of existing systems.

Requirements:

• Has a strong portfolio (on Bēhance or anywhere else);
• Has experience with digital products;
• Is fluent in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Follows design trends;
• Understands the principles of composition, typography and grids;
• Can justify their decisions;
• Is fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Will be a plus:
• Knowledge of Principle, Adobe After Effects, 3D tools;
• Master in creating illustrations;
• Experience with armored products.
