Strategy & Innovation Consultant (in Vietnam)

• The Strategy & Innovation Office is tasked with the mission to re-invent the way we do business and serve customers.
• It requires strong critical and analytical thinking to challenge and create solutions across our core capabilities: from agricultural, manufacturing, supply chain to sales, marketing, and go-to-market activities.
• We are looking for the next generation of strategic thinkers who are obsessed about consumer, food and wellness, and technology. This person is a challenger who likes to work at the intersection of all business capabilities.
• You will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop, communicate, and implement recommendations that touch our suppliers, partners, employees, and consumers.
• This role will report to the corresponding Heads of Brand Incubator, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation within the Strategy & Innovation Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish vision, strategy, and program to decompose corporate strategy into meaningful initiatives across our value chain, from agricultural, processing, manufacturing to distribution to end consumers
• Identify and prioritize a roadmap to deliver those changes
• Develop an expertise or interest in a vertical
• Create a strategy and roadmap for implementation of a specific vertical of interest
• Lead all discussions and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to implement those programs and drive them to completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-10+ years of experience in a technology or consumer company
• Outstanding record of academic achievement, with functional knowledge in Digital Technology, eCommerce, IT strategy consulting, etc.• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Master’s Degree
