System Analyst (in Georgia)

Responsibilities:

• Understanding, elaborating and documenting the requirements for the system that automates Electric/Electronic architecture design for Arrival devices.
• Producing easy-to-understand feature design documentation for dev & QA teams.
• To be a Device Studio domain expert for anyone within Arrival, able to drill down from a bird-eye view to the nuts and bolts of the system.
• Help the rest of the team with user support and troubleshooting so that critical business processes do not get blocked.
• Having fun at work!

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a System Analyst or similar role in designing, building and delivering complex automation-related products with vast domain model.
• Good knowledge of system analysis/design techniques, notations and patterns (Use-cases, UML, BPMN and related tools).
• Ability to express own ideas visually, making complex things look not so complex.
• Ability to explain complex things with simple concepts.
• Solid understanding of modern tech stack: databases(RDBMS, NO-SQL, in-mem storage), backend stack, front-end stack.
• Fluent English.
