As Lead:

• Develop and maintain product-market fit for the business.
• Ensure that the product development is aligned with the business strategy.
• Continue to keep the design team creating products with a user-focused approach.
• Strategy & Plan.
• Develop strategic, user-focused digital experiences for multiple key audiences.
• Identify and create user personas based key audiences.
• Produce and maintain UX roadmaps.
• Plan and implement data-driven strategies to reach business goals through deliverables such as content strategy documents and website information architecture.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative UX research programs.
• Managing the UX blueprint and brand guidelines for tone and voice.
• Educate the team on UX and product principle.
• Design and Development
• Provide direction whenever UI/UX related interaction is needed.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology and trends on user experience and digital marketing.
• Setting up the UX performance tracking.
• Work closely with project managers, strategists, developers, and fellow designers to develop project roadmaps and ensure shared understanding of work.
• Design and prepare quantitative and qualitative tests with users and stakeholders.
• Facilitate and conduct in-person and remote usability tests with users.
• Analyze data and synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops for ideation and alignment.
• Develop usable visual representations that demonstrate information architecture, task flows, user journeys, and site/application structure.
• Create visually stunning designs for products working from concept to implementation, including deliverables such as design systems, visual mockups, style guides, design recommendations, and prototypes.
• Solve visual and functional design challenges with elegant, simple solutions.
• Clearly express the rationale behind your design decisions.
• Design low- to mid- fidelity wireframes and mock-ups, including annotations and design rationale.
• Create interactive prototypes for both internal use and testing needs.
• Deploy & Monitoring
• Write test script and conduct test to ensure the product is ready for production.
• Conduct A/B testing and drive efficiencies and change through metric driven findings.
• Continuous monitoring and optimizing the UX performance.
• Write UX documentation.

Qualification:

• 3-4 years of experience or greater in cybersecurity, software or architecture/system development.
• Able to learn, share knowledge and communicate effectively with peers, developers and senior management.
• Knowledge of secure development practices, principles and techniques.
• Technical Risk management and some experience with threat analysis is desirable. Experience in formal methods of threat assessment is desirable.
• Some knowledge of relevant security certifications for targeted markets and products desirable, but not essential.
• Able to lead by influence to achieve adoption and compliance to practices and methodologies by relevant product teams.
