Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the development of the Global CRM strategy across all segments (online, retail, trial, B2B, mobile, direct, indirect) and channels (email, IPM + new) as per the direction of the CRM Group Manager
- Preparing campaign briefing documentation and managing the delivery CRM initiatives with the CRM Operations Team
- Analysis and reporting on CRM campaigns and initiatives
- Data analysis providing insights for campaign and customer experience optimization
- Development and maintenance of documentation on the team confluence pages
- Ad-hoc operational support of email and in product messaging campaigns including campaign creation (including html setup, sales tracking link creation and customer segment creation), QA of contents and delivery of campaigns via in house systems
Requirements:
- Good communicator with the ability to engage with team members at all levels within the organization
- Positive attitude with the ability to solve problems and pro-actively generate solutions to rectify issues
- Excellent written and verbal skills (with a good level of English in both) combined with the ability to present results
- Ability to multitask whilst also maintaining a good eye for detail
- Interest in digital optimization and digital marketing / email marketing (experience with email marketing beneficial)
- Ability to amend creative content through the use of HTML, CSS & the Adobe Creative Suite - not must have, but nice to see
- Analytical, good with data and excel to provide actionable insight to marketing managers (knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics beneficial)
