Growth Analyst (in Belgrade)

Responsibilities:

• Create analytical dashboards for different stages of the funnel
• Analyze experiments to increase conversions on the landing page and platform
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests
• Monitor critical business metrics
• Build reports for sales analytics

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
• Capable of working with GA
• Proficient enough with SQL to handle advanced queries
• Skilled at building analytical reports, dashboards, and BI tools
• Familiar with the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics
• Experienced in designing and conducting experiments
• Experienced in calculating unit economics for a product (you understand CPC, CPA, CPO, CAC, ARPU, ARPPU, and so on)

Qualifications:

• Sufficiently proficient in Python for analytics
• Familiar with educational products
• Able to orient your work around product and user needs
• Able to independently analyze data and generate hypotheses
