Webinar Producer

We are looking for:

• We are searching for a Webinar Producer. This position mainly involves event management and communication.
• The person will be responsible for working with speakers from eminent international companies.
• Our marketing team is currently one of the strongest in the market and has the potential for rapid professional growth.

What you will do:

• Organize webinars 8 webinars per month in the Philippines and Indonesia (you will most likely be assigned to just one country).
• Keep CR≥40%.
• Search for speakers and brief them.
• Work on webinar content.
• Coordinate with traffic managers and inform them of the required traffic for webinars that must be met.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in organizing webinars.
• Must have experience in developing webinar content.
• Must have experience in looking for webinar speakers and keeping in touch with them.
• Energetic and organized.
• Must have English level B2 and above.
