M&A Associate, Corporate Finance (Graduate, in Denmark)

You will:

• To position our clients optimally in the market, you will contribute to understanding their businesses’ unique selling points and strategic opportunities
• Also, you will perform market analysis and help analyse our clients’ financial performance to bring perspective on their businesses
• To find the right partner for our clients, you will be analysing M&A rationales to map potential local and global buyer landscapes and take part in dialogues with relevant buyers
• You will assist in performing valuation work like multiple, DCF and LBO analysis to understand the value of our clients’ companies
• As a part of the deal team, you will participate actively in client meetings and prepare client material
• During a project you will be working with and leading our teams of Analysts who will support you in creating materials and analysis
• Through formal and informal on-the-job training combined with several professional and personal courses, such as EY’s global M&A Academy, we will help you develop the necessary skills to become a competent corporate finance professional.

• Qualifications:
• You graduate in 2023 or earlier and would ideally be able to start full-time by August 2023.
