Junior Financial Analyst, Sila Capital (Remote)

You will do:

• Collect and analyze financial information for real estate projects.
• Evaluate data for accuracy in Excel.
• Analyze the data and make recommendations.
• Research the real estate property taxes.
• Review and create business analyses in Excel.
• Other possible tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent English skills - the company leads the business in the US, so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and for sure we don't want to see or hear any mistakes.
• Analytical skills - you can analyze, structure, and work with the financial data, and come up with conclusions based on the information you receive.
• You are expected to demonstrate financial statement awareness, such as working with Excel spreadsheets, finance data, software tools, and financial modeling.
• Understanding real estate and financial terminology.
• Being good with numbers & Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail while working with numbers.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Not necessary but will be a plus:
• Prior experience with real-estate analysis.
• Ongoing/complete Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Real Estate.
• Familiarity with the American market of real estate.

• Working hours: You’ll need to adjust your schedule to work from 9 am to 5 pm EST (Miami time).
• Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. We will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
