Cash & Reporting Manager

In this role you will:

• Cash management: Improve organic working capital level to reduce financial costs and fuel CAPEX program (design, implement and track Inventories, Receivables, Payables and Tax balance improvement plans) Lead and animate Cash committee with the involvement of GM and key functional directors Manage full cycle of Cash flow, Balance and non-current P&L (mid-term Rolling forecast and long-term Strategic plan) forecasting and reporting Deliver Free cash flow target (every semester) to reach economical target Coordinate collaboration with other finance streams related to clients’ overdue management, InterCompany payments, financial costs and Tax forecasting

• Reporting: Participating in the business planning monthly cycle (12 months rolling forecast) Review, understand, and challenge updated forecasts Review integrity of data within BI systems Preparation of the financial results presentation for top management review Preparation and coordination for internal and external reporting monthly close package Ensure business targets and objectives are monitored and analysed at each of the categories supported

Targeted profile:

• Higher education in economics / finance or engineering/math
• 3-5 years of previous experience in Industries/Consulting
• Fluent English
• Good Excel, math and statistic skills
