IT Project Manager (in Georgia / Armenia)

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Offer our customization services to our Global customers (without making calls, mostly by emails) and communicate with them in English.
• Get into our customers’ needs and provide, sometimes even translate their feedback to our technical engineering team.
• Evaluate the complexity and time consumption of the tasks along with developers.
• Help customers and developers to find common ground in finding the best solution to the problems and tasks.
• Do the upsales.

You:

• Speak and write English fluently (up from C1 level).
• Ready to learn something new.
• Make a test assignment.
• It will be nice if you:
• Have some experience in IT Projects.
• Have basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/JS.
