Description

  • We are looking for a highly professional, motivated and dedicated candidate to join the marketing team.
  • This individual is responsible for monitoring & steering of marketing activities of the General Distributors across MBGD, steering GDMEC helpdesk for CI approvals and GD communications , research and Customer Insights as well as the development of professional Lead Management strategy with detailed process inc. HQ, MBCME, GD´s and Agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support, consult and steer the General Distributors regarding all strategic marketing tasks, incl. topic and budget planning
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Product/Pricing/Planning teams to understand long,- mid and immediate business objectives and derive strategic briefs for Marketing Communication team
  • Close monitoring, steering and control of GDs’ marketing and communications operations, budget planning and consumption incl. review of local investment
  • Monitoring Variable Margin PC Marketing and DRS criteria fulfillment
  • Lead management strategy and processes including liaising with the Customer Journey Team
  • Steer Customer Services Always-On and Social paid media
  • Overseeing Team X GD Helpdesk support
  • Steer the GD Induction Programme
  • Conduct the GD Audit for Social Media
  • Develop and enhance reporting & dashboard
  • Co-ordinate relevant studies and communicate to stakeholders
  • Identify missing insights and suggest measures to fill the gaps
  • Build the strategic framework for all marketing and communications operations based on research insights and data
  • Lead the GD Marketing Portal ongoing maintenance / enhancements with Team X / Code (e.g. Data@Cloud process, automating asset upload, integrating Vans, liaising with Regional Centres, additional modules integration)
  • Organize training on the different GDMP modules and their new functions
  • Enforce usage and adoption of the GDMP among GDs and propose system enhancements for the future
  • Rollout/oversight of any other systems required by the Marketing Team
  • Lead in all data governance for the Marketing Team including agency DPAs
  • Liaise directly with the Customer Journey team
  • Updating the information owner (Sales & Marketing Director) on Marketing Data related topics and act as the main connection between the marketing and the Data governance team

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing Intelligence or similar
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
  • Experience in international retail marketing with excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strategic mindset and ability to contextualize economic, technological, and socio-cultural with regards to our MBGD setup
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Automotive marketing experience is a Plus
  • Solid understanding of target group segmentation & product/brand positioning
  • Excellent English skills (in writing and verbally) is a must; Arabic, French, Spanish and/or German a plus
  • Excellent Organizational and communication skills
