Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Form a strategy and vision for product development;
• Generate, prioritize and test product development hypotheses;
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests;
• Formulate a plan and monitor the timing and quality of the implementation of tasks;
• Manage the product team (designers, developers, analysts).

Qualifications:

• The ability to quickly dive into the subject area;
• Able to conduct systematic work with hypotheses: generation, prioritization, etc;
• Master in A/B tests;
• Development team management skills;
• Financial literacy - understanding of unit economics, the ability to build financial and business models at least at a basic level;
• Mindset geared toward LTV, retention and unit economics;
• Love for independent learning and an interest in languages;
• Knowledge of English at a confident, working level;
• Experience in work with subscription model would be a plus.
