Product Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Research current ways of monetisation, find points of growth
• Conduct A/B tests manually (so far): from design to results
• Define, calculate and validate product metrics to evaluate the success of new features
• Conduct data-driven user behaviour research
• Identify growth points in the product
• Work closely with product managers, UX researchers, designers and developers
• Oversee data collection and processing processes from internal system for logging user activities on site and in applications to the presentation of data in the repository
• Conduct product research, analyse user behaviour
• Formulate and test hypotheses
• Think about what events to analyze and develop
• Mechanics for new events

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in product analysis
• Experience in digital product analytics, ability to formulate and test hypotheses, work with operational metrics, unit economics
• SQL skills (SlickHouse would be a plus)
• Experience with any BI system
• Experience in A/B testing, interpreting results and improving A/B test evaluation approaches
• Experience with Airflow and DBT would be a plus

Conditions:

• Payment: 4 000 EUR
