Head of Analytics (Remote / in Serbia)

Responsibilities

• Search for growth points in the product, marketing and sales;
• Setting up end-to-end analytics;
• Ownership marketing, product and sales analytics;
• Setting up the analytics infrastructure;
• Data visualization;
• Creation of ad-hoc analytical reports;
• Maintaining the purity of data collection, transmission and visualization.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of web-analytics tools: Google Analytics, GTM, Yandex.Metrika;
• Understanding of product metrics (Retention, NPV and other);
• Understanding financial metrics;
• Strong knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with visualization systems (Tableau preferred);
• Knowledge of Python would be a big advantage;
• Technical level of English;
• Experience with end-to-end analytics.
