Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize assays for QDTI’s detection platform
• Refine assay conditions to achieve optimal assay performance (reagent selection,predicate method selection, calibrator/calibration development, etc.)
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams related to launching QDTI’s system
• Participate in business meetings and steer research and development activities accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology or related field AND 5+ years relevant industry experience- Or -PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field AND 2+ years relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated skills and experience in experimental design, troubleshooting, preparing SOPs, validation, and bioanalytical reports
• Extensive hands-on experience in assay development and validation, including immunoassays, ELISAs, western blotting, IHC, and protein chemistry assays
• Passion for technology and a desire to create innovative tools a must
• Experience participating in business decision-making and prioritization sessions
• Team-oriented with the ability to work alongside a variety of team members across all science and engineering disciplines
