Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for building solid, lasting relationships with clients and increase their value.
- Identify opportunities and challenges ahead of time in order to define the right initiatives to help clients succeed long term.
- Build and manage the team on a daily basis. This includes recruiting and onboarding new members, addressing team's needs.
- Introduce better practices, ensure standards are set and followed.
- Evaluate and report team's performance.
- Communicate with other departments: represent your team and establish collaboration procedures.
Requirements:
- Good command of English (minimum B2).
- Minimum 5+ years experience in sales or account management.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management.
- Familiarity with task tracking tools and product development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
