Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for building solid, lasting relationships with clients and increase their value.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges ahead of time in order to define the right initiatives to help clients succeed long term.
  • Build and manage the team on a daily basis. This includes recruiting and onboarding new members, addressing team's needs.
  • Introduce better practices, ensure standards are set and followed.
  • Evaluate and report team's performance.
  • Communicate with other departments: represent your team and establish collaboration procedures.

Requirements:

  • Good command of English (minimum B2).
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in sales or account management.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management.
  • Familiarity with task tracking tools and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
