What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively track and identify potential opportunities to improve the performance of the business, delivering the insights and driving the initiatives, identification of sales opportunities, market share analysis
• Creating and implementing e-commerce strategies, customer journeys, promotions and digital communication
• Partnering with internal teams to drive engagement and conversion, including but not limited to marketing campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities by proactively searching and testing
• Test and learn, solve problems, challenge assumptions, iterate process management to maximize efficiency
• Analyze performance marketing campaign results and create insights feeding the marketing and commercial plans,
• Defining success metrics and working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams

 What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in life sciences or business disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 - 6 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in a marketing analytics, revenue management and/or crm analytics role
• Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment
• Multi-tasking
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking
• Advanced use of Tableau, Oracle BI, MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Proactive and initiative taker
• Hunger to learn and relearn
